Thai Wisdom Center provides integrative Thai traditional medicine services, including clinical consultations, long‑stay wellness programmes, online consultations, herbal product sales, farm tours, educational courses and related activities (collectively, the "Services").

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including PDPA requirements.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's servers or networks.
  • Use any automated means (e.g., bots, scripts) to access the Site without our express written permission.
  • Harvest personal data from the Site for commercial purposes without consent.

4. Personal Data & PDPA Compliance

We collect and process personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Our Privacy Policy, accessible at /privacy/, explains how we collect, use, store, share and retain your personal information. By using the Site you consent to such collection and use.

5. Fees, Payment & Refunds

All payments are made in Thai Baht (THB) and are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement. Subscription fees, programme costs and product prices are displayed on the relevant pages of the Site. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error‑free or free from viruses. We expressly deny any warranty that Services will be suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thai Wisdom Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
